FORGOT

broken social scene

Broken Social Scene is a Canadian indie rock band, a musical collective including as few as six and as many as nineteen members, formed in 1999 by Kevin Drew and Brendan Canning. Most of its members currently play in various other groups and solo projects, mainly based around the city of Toronto. The band refuses the label "supergroup," based on size or the ubiquity of their members, claiming that in the indie scene everyone is involved in more than one project. The group's sound could be considered a combination of all of its members' respective musical projects, and is occasionally considered baroque pop. It is characterized by a very large number of sounds, grand orchestrations featuring guitars, horns, woodwinds, and violins, unusual song structures, and an experimental, and sometimes chaotic production style from David Newfeld, who produced the second and third albums.

Benjamin Siksou

Benjamin Siksou (born 8 February 1987 in Ivry-sur-Seine), is a French singer-songwriter and actor. He sings in a "jazz blues" style and plays the guitar, piano, and the violin.

Benjamin Siksou was born from a visual-artist mother and media consultant father[1][2]. This precocious musician grew up between the thirteenth and the sixth arrondissement of Paris. He began taking violin and tennis classes in 1989 at the age of two and a half years, but in 2000 a knee injury prevented him from realizing his childhood dream of becoming a professional tennis player[3][4]. Benjamin devoted himself entirely to his other passion of music, and in 2002 he started to write and compose his first songs. He also joined a band with some of his friends from his college and, beginning in 2005, performed in Parisian jazz bars such as the Caveau des Oubliettes, the Melody Blues, the Swan Bar, and the café Le Charteux. At the time Benjamin was taking influences from songs such asBillie JeanHallelujah[5]Just the Two of Us, and Summertime, and was already playing his own compositions like Just know that I knew[6][7]On the GroundWork Another Day, and Ma muse mon égérie.
In 2007, now studying in his second year of art history, Benjamin decided to interrupt his studies to dedicate himself to music, and obtained his first roles in the film industry in the same year[8][9][10].

When, about the new album?

Since 2009 when The View published their second album Which Bitch there were published few articles about an album with the singers Kyle Falconer and Paolo Nutini, both scottish singers were suposed to collaborate and make an EP together, that's all that I've found about them.

http://www.musicrooms.net/rock-and-pop/7475-Paolo-Nutini-Writing-Album-With-Kyle-Falconer.html

Paolo Nutini is writing an album with Kyle Falconer.   The ‘Candy’ singer admits he and The View frontman – who he previously worked with on the group’s track ‘Covers’ – are desperate to record together but are struggling to find the time.
He said: “I’ve always talked about sitting down to do something with Kyle from The View but we never seem to be in the same place at the same time. We’ll get that done though, I’m sure we’ll be able to tie each other down eventually.” The Scottish star has also offered to write a song for Plan B after learning the singer-and-rapper is a big fan of his work. He told BANG Showbiz: “Plan B’s doing really well, he’s had a complete transformation and he carries it well. I’d give him one of my songs, sure. I’ve got a couple I think I could give him.
“I’m open-minded about working with anyone.”"

"Scots to collaborate on new project The View's Kyle Falconer and fellow Scottish musician Paolo Nutini are to join forces to make a mini-album together. Nutini, currently Number One in the album charts with his new effort 'Sunny Side Up', told the Daily Starthat the Scots duo would produce a different section of the album each. "In the early hours one morning we agreed to do a mini-album together," he said. "Kyle said he would produce one part of it and I would produce the other. "We have got all these ideas and I know that he is up for it." The hook-up won't be the first time Nutini has worked with the Dundee frontman. He sung on The View's song 'Covers' on their recent second album, 'Which Bitch?'"

In other way Kyle collaborated with the big Mark Ronson, with The Bike Song during this year
Mark Ronson & The Business Intl – The Bike Song.
Mark and Paolo met during the Q Awards also this year, hope that they could make something cool, the have awesome keys for do it!
As we know, Paolo collaborated with The View in 2009, here we have the song,The View – Covers, with awesome horns.
